You need 14 days of consistent tracking with both meals and weight.

Yes, tap any day in the calendar to view and edit.

Missing 1-2 days is okay. More than 3 may affect accuracy.

How do I scan barcodes?

Upgrade to Pro and tap "Scan Barcode" when adding items.

How accurate is the calculation?

Very accurate if you track consistently. The 14-day average accounts for daily fluctuations.

Can I track without the scale?

Weight tracking is essential for calculating maintenance.
